Layout Marker
The Omega layout marker provides hands free marking/blocking.
The operator sights through a large, well illuminated target then marks or blocks by depressing the foot pedal. 230volts 50Hz 0.9amps.
Mini Reclaim Tank
The Omega mini reclaim tank is designed for speed and convenience of recovering metal alloy used for blocking plastic lenses. The unit features dual digital temperature control for both tank and tap heater. Full powder coated stainless steel body and tray. 230volts 50Hz 2.8amps. Also available in 110volt models.
This unit will hold 8 fully blocked lenses and 10 alloy blocks.

Cylinder Machine
The Omega SP1 smoothing machines provide an economical and reliable process for smoothing and polishing plastic lenses. This user friendly unit provides a simple one touch operation to activate the air cylinders and coolant to start the polish process. 230volts 50Hz 7amps.
All units can be used as pump/tanks or mains fed coolant system.

The National Optronics 2G Generator is a resilient, low cost bench mounted 3 axis machine suitable for all plastic lenses, the technology dry cuts the lens material instead of traditional grinding with wet coolants.

Taper
Manual Tape Applicator (air activated optional) is constructed in stainless steel, it is safe and easy to use. The Taper uniformly applies surface saver tape to protect the front surface of the lense from the heat and scratches while processing.
Omega Alloy Blocker
The Omega alloy blocker is a compact space saving unit which features a dual digital temperature control for both pot and stem heaters. The units low air pressure system assures easy flow of alloy to the lense.
It is designed for Coburn Lens Blocking Buttons, but coming soon LOH blocking buttons adaption. A separate air supply is necessary. 230volts 50Hz 3.1amps
This unit will hold up to 6kg of alloy.
Omega Wax Blocker
The new advanced Omega wax blocker, with axis adjustment, is a compact space saving unit which features a dual independent temperature controller for both pot and stem header. Its proven design is for use with coburn step one blocking buttons and requires an independent water chiller system and separate air supply.
